Our philosophy

We strive to provide a caring and safe environment for children. Our focus is not only on academics and physical development but also social, emotional and spiritual growth. We emphasize children learning by play through a variety of daily activities to help build cognitive, social and motor skills.

About the owner

Ma Hui graduated from university in 1992 with a degree in education and worked 20+ years as a teacher in China before moving to the US. She founded Thumbs up Bilingual Early Learning in her home and has now cared for local children and families for more than 10 years, bringing extensive, in-depth experience into a small, personal setting.
